Lots and lots of exchange prompts caught my eye this year, and it's been difficult narrowing down the list to ten. They're a mixture of ones I'd love to write and ones I'd love to read; each one has a little quirk that, for some reason, I find appealing. The thing with SS/HG now is... I'm surfeited on their romance and, like any junky, now seek even greater, weirder highs. Shiv's Gordon-Brown-tax prompt from last year was fabu and really hit the spot. But Gordon Brown and tax is now so been there, done that, etc.

Honestly, I thought this would be kinda fun, but it's more like a damp squib...

2009 has been both good (my marriage, my health, my NaNo, and many new friends) and bad (immigration woes, family tensions, and arguments with old friends) -

- but it hasn't been boring! Good, bad, and interesting is nothing to complain about.
